Transportation Summit

The second annual Community Transportation Summit was held yesterday at the Hyatt in downtown Buffalo. The goal is to improve transportation for the elderly and disabled in the health and human services industry. Hundreds of elected officials, transportation experts and consumers heard about policy changes, technical advances and environmentally friendly practices in the transportation industry. Organizers hope the summit will spur development of a truly comprehensive community transportation system for WNY.
