From the 33 West expressway towards Downtown Buffalo
Exit at Suffolk St. and make a right at the light. Stay on Suffolk to Kensington Ave. Make a left onto Kensington Ave. Take Kensington to Bailey Ave. and make a right onto Bailey. From Bailey make a left onto Berkshire Ave. At the end of Berkshire is East Amherst St. Make a right and then an immediate left into the CTE parking lot at 401 East Amherst St.

From the 33 East expressway towards Airport
Exit at Bailey Ave, make a left at the light. Stay on Bailey to Kensington Ave. Cross over Kensington and continue on Bailey Ave. From Bailey make a left onto Berkshire Ave. At the end of Berkshire is East Amherst St. Make a right and then an immediate left into the CTE parking lot at 401 East Amherst St.

From Downtown Buffalo via Main Street
Take Main Street to Amherst Street. Turn Right onto East Amherst Street. Go straight for 0.8 miles. Turn right into the CTE parking lot at 401 East Amherst St.
